Abhishek Singhal
Abhishek Singhal has led Perpetuity Ventures LLP for nearly a decade, building it into a respected India-focused, healthcare-biased investment firm known for rigorous, research-driven approach and consistent top-quartile performance. Prior to this, he led Asian Healthcare Research at Macquarie Capital Securities, where his work ranked among India's top three third party agencies. His career spans Fidelity International, HSBC, and Ranbaxy — blending industry, buy-side, and sell-side expertise.

Deepali Singhal, CA, CWA
Deepali Singhal brings nearly two decades of corporate finance and governance expertise. At Perpetuity, she oversees compliance, finance, and operational strategy — ensuring rigorous adherence to SEBI regulations, strong governance frameworks, and disciplined reporting. Her work has been instrumental in building investor confidence and streamlining fund operations. Her career spans senior roles at Publicis Groupe, Yum! Restaurants, Motorola, and GE Motors, leading financial planning and operational controls across global businesses.

Neelam Punjabi, CFA
Neelam has rich experience in Investment Management & Equity Research. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst charter holder. She holds a BBA degree with specialization in Finance and pursued certified course of Applied Valuation and Security Analysis from London School of Economics, UK. With an eye for detail she brings intense rigor to our bottom-up research process.

Dhruv Maheshwari
Dhruv has experiences in life sciences consulting and early-stage focused investment banking. He holds a MSc. in Quantitative Management: Finance from Duke Fuqua School of Business and BSc. in Industrial Engineering from University of Central Florida. Prior to this he was a part of the Deloitte Management Consulting team, NYC.

Vilina brings over five years of buy-side equity research experience and is a CFA Charterholder with a BCom in Financial Services from Ahmedabad University. Known for her disciplined, process-driven approach, she excels at identifying underappreciated opportunities — particularly turnaround situations and emerging long-term compounders.

Naman Bhansali, CFA
A CFA Charterholder with a BBA in Finance, he has 4+ years of buy-side experience across Perpetuity Ventures and Nine Rivers Capital. He follows a fundamental, bottom-up approach and is currently part of the investment team at Perpetuity Ventures, focused on long-term wealth creation.

Nilay Parekh
An IIT Bombay Engineering graduate (Class of 2025) who has cleared all levels of the CFA program, he is an ardent believer in long-term value investing. With professional internship experience at Blue Dart and NNM Securities, and a background as a Core Team member of the Entrepreneurship Cell at IITB, he combines a strong understanding of the startup ecosystem with a focus on long-term wealth creation.

Gautami Agarwal
A CFA Level II candidate with a B.Sc. in Economics (Finance) from NMIMS Mumbai, she has 1.5 years of buy-side equity research experience. She follows a fundamental, bottom-up approach, focusing on financial modelling, company analysis, and identifying investment opportunities. Her work includes deep-dive research, financial statement analysis, and sector tracking.

Manisha Singh
Manisha Singh is a qualified Company Secretary and serves as the Compliance Officer of our fund. She completed her professional training at Eastern Coalfield Limited, gaining valuable exposure to regulatory processes in the government sector. With a BBA in Human Resources, she blends governance expertise with a people-focused approach to ensure seamless compliance operations.
